I help pastors preach with clarity, conviction, and confidence, and I help churches build healthy preaching teams. I've been traveling and speaking for 29 years, preached roughly 3,000 messages, and served more than 200 churches. I still prepare messages and lead a church every week, so I know what Sunday asks of a pastor.

01 / PRIVATE PREACHING COACHING

Three sermons. Personal feedback. Help you can use next Sunday.

Bring three messages you're preparing, whether for a regular Sunday, a new series, Easter, Christmas, or another big moment. We'll work together to make the central idea clear, strengthen the structure, and help the message connect with the people you serve. The goal is to develop your own voice and a preparation process you can keep using.

  • An opening questionnaire about your preaching, church, and goals

  • Advance review of an outline, manuscript, or sermon video for each message

  • Three private 60-minute Zoom sessions, one per message

  • Specific feedback on the text, main idea, opening, structure, illustrations, transitions, application, and conclusion

  • One revised-outline review per sermon

  • The Art of Preaching digital resource and practical preparation templates

Complete all three messages within 90 days of the first session. I take a limited number of pastors at a time.

02 / PREACHING LAB: TRAIN YOUR TEAM

Give your communicators a shared foundation and room to grow.

A focused, in-person workshop for your preaching team, staff, youth leaders, campus pastors, and developing communicators. I bring my preaching framework into your church and help your team apply it through teaching, practice, and honest, constructive feedback. It works well for a staff development day or team gathering.

  • A planning call to understand your team, experience levels, and priorities

  • A three-hour workshop on preparation, handling the text, structure, illustrations, delivery, and application

  • Guided exercises, team discussion, feedback, and Q&A

  • The Art of Preaching digital resource for every participating team member, plus preparation and evaluation templates

  • A team follow-up Zoom within 30 days

Limited availability. This is team training without Sunday preaching. Team size, date, venue, and travel are agreed before booking.

03 / CHURCH PREACHING INTENSIVE

A stronger team. A clearer year ahead.

Spend a Sunday and a Monday with me, working on both the messages your church hears and the people who deliver them. Your team leaves with shared direction and tools they'll actually use.

  • Before the visit: a planning call and questionnaire about your priorities, congregation, series, key events, and preaching team

  • Sunday: I preach at your church (services and schedule agreed before booking)

  • Monday team training: a focused Preaching Lab for your communicators

  • Monday calendar planning: a 12-month framework of series, texts, themes, holidays, church events, and teaching assignments, with the next 90 days developed in detail

  • Take-home resources: an editable calendar, preparation templates, and The Art of Preaching digital resource

  • After the visit: a team follow-up Zoom within 30 days
